A few weeks ago I left my career as a full time radio personality to pursue my dream of owning my own business. It is the first time I have intentionally discarded my "safety net" of regular employment. Thanks to a Global Pandemic, my radio job's pay and hours were drastically cut, while at the same time, my business was gaining momentum. So, needless to say, I am a bit out of my comfort zone, financially. At the same time, I have the desire to learn from people who make life look easy. My guest on The Blathering is Marisa Zappieri-Caruana and while I was unable to say her name when we recorded the interview, I have learned how to say it - as well as an amazing story of resilience and perseverance. You can find Marisa, her story and a link to order her forthcoming book at her website. Transcript
